The box office handles access bookings. At the 'chilled' show nothing in the panto changes, but you can make noise and come and go, with house lights kept low. Visual stories of the building, and social stories for relaxed shows, are sent to people who sign up as a relaxed performance booker; the download links on the site were not working. Ear defenders can be borrowed on the day.
